When receiving any CARE or help required we endeavour to maintain people's dignity, independence, and life's values to the best of our ability.

We Empower the Service User, family or guardian to come to their own decision as to their requirements, this service then affords the right of flexibility, as each person is unique.

Our Service Users are fully assessed using a Person Centred approach and every effort is made to fulfil all their personal needs and demands, without being an intrusion in their lives.

The home care service supports highly dependable people; we work closely as a management team to support Service Users 24 hours a day.

Our high quality of Care is of the utmost importance to us.

One of our experienced Assessors will visit you to discuss your exact requirements, needs, requests, preferences, choices, wishes and carry out a Needs Assessment, Risk Assessment & Manual Handling Assessment before the commencement of care. .

You will also be provided with a copy of our terms & conditions. In Emergency situations, a provisional assessment by an experienced staff member may be made and delivery of a basic care package of care commenced, subject to early completion of the above Assessments within 48 hours. The meeting is absolutely free of charge &places the enquirer under no obligation. .

A Service Delivery Plan (Also known as a Care Plan) will be designed to meet your specific needs, in a planned way that you are aware of based on our Assessments & all documents shall be signed by the Service User or relative.

Our aim is to facilitate Service Users reablement to gain lost skills & abilities, where possible. Profile matching is carried out to ensure we match the Service User with the most appropriate Care Workers based on their life skills, training, competencies, knowledge, age, gender, race, religion, language, sexual orientation & based on the Services needs, choices & wishes.

Domiciliary Care meets the need from modern society for a direct and affordable alternative to nursing, residential or care homes, it enables those who wish to remain within the familiarity and comfort of their own home, the opportunity to do so.

We provide care at home for different types of people ranging from people who have a disability, elderly, recuperating from an illness, or people just need a little support in their everyday lives.

We offer practical help and support to people at home with essential daily tasks they are unable to manage safely for themselves. .

For example, this help may be in the form of assisting you to get up or go to bed, to get washed or to get dressed, domestic tasks or help with shopping, laundry, companionship etc.

We aim always to help people live as independently as possible and to encourage people to regain skills they may have lost because of illness or disability.

Our service is open to Service Users of all ages and from all ethnic origins, offering unrivalled continuity living with bespoke care needs.

Each staff member will have a Full Enhanced CRB, a CRB is similar to an old Police Check but it is more in depth.
