Agency and was established to provide the highest quality
of Care in the Community.
Our Aim is to enable people to have the FREEDOM
of living in their own homes.

receive Professional Non-judgemental advice, giving each Client
their right of CHOICE.
When receiving any CARE or help required
we endeavour to maintain people's dignity, independence, and
life's values to the best of our ability.
We empower the Client / Family / Guardian to come to their
own decision as to their requirements, whether it be Social
Outings, Personal Care, Companionship, Domestic Duties, or
a combination of either. This service then affors the client
the right of flexibility, as each person is unique.
Our clients are fully assessed and every effort is made to
fulfil all their personal needs and demands, without being
an intrusion in their lives.

The home care service supports highly dependable people;
we work closely as a management team to support clients
not only during office hours but to provide an Emergency
service 24 hours a day.
Our high quality of Care is
of the utmost importance to us.
Before
we commence a Care package, one of our senior members of
staff will personally visit the Clients home to carry out
an Assessment and prepare an individual Care plan. This
enables the company to make the correct choice when matching
staff to Clients.
In most circumstances, we introduce the Carers who will
be covering shifts when the regular staff are off sick or
on holidays, unless in an emergency.
